WOD Guidance: This couplet of designed to be short and heavy. You can use either a power clean or squat clean as long as technique is sound. Build up to heavy clean during strength/skill portion to figure out weight to use of WOD. If you cannot do muscle-ups choose a strict pull-ups version that is a challenge for you but use rep scheme as clean, just reversed. For example 2 pull-ups 10 cleans, 4 pull-ups 8 cleans etc.
