WOD Guidance: This WOD will be very sneaky. Try to keep a slow pace during lower reps to keep heart down. Once the heart rate redlines it will be hard to recover. Score will be total rounds completed and how many you got into failed round. Example 17+ 12, meaning you got 12 burpees into the round of 18.
