WOD Guidance: This is a classic CF benchmark workout intended to test your fitness. Find a version of the movements that you can do the reps unbroken with ease when fresh throughout the first rounds. Put more focus into the mechanics of your least efficient movement(s) and make time up during efficient movements. If first time doing Cindy or new to CrossFit recommend reducing the time to 10-15 minutes or changing rep scheme to 9-6-3. Good luck!
