WOD Guidance: This will be long workout so pace your self out of the gate. Don’t go all out on the first run. The deadlift weight should be light that you can easily go unbroken through 21 reps fresh. After completing the 3 rounds push yourself hard on that last run. For newer athletes choose a shorter distance for run and reduce reps to 18-12-6 or something similar.
