**1 min rest between each 5 min AMRAP
**To encourage working till the last second, athletes will continue where they left off from previous round. The only reps added to score will be from last 5 min AMRAP.
**Score will be total rounds from all 5 AMRAPs combined and reps completed for last AMRAP unless they completed it a full round.
