Progressive F.O.R.C.E. CrossFit Family,

All I can say is thank you! Thank you for your generosity, thank you for your hard work, thank you for your commitment to doing the right thing, and thank you for being a part of something bigger than just CrossFit. I couldn’t be more proud of being able to coach a better group of athletes and great human beings. You guys worked hard today and with every rep of thrusters, rope climbs, box jumps, and 400m runs you guys showed the families of our fallen service members that you guys care. Together we raised $1,093 dollars. Everyone should be proud of their effort. Thank you so much for being a part of today!
