Congratulations to everyone for their hard work during last weeks workouts. I was thoroughly impressed with the amount of progress everyone has made in just six short weeks. You should all be proud of yourselves. I was happy to see all of the PR’s on the benchmark workouts. Keep up the good work. We will start a 6 week clean and jerk cycle starting today, similar to the snatch cycle that we just completed.

Lift: Back squat 5 sets of 2, 2 minutes of rest between sets.

WOD: 12 minute AMRAP: 5 muscle ups Rx(Bar) Rx+(Ring), 15 box jumps Rx(24/20) Rx+(30/24), 30 Double unders.
