WOD Guidance: Starting the week off with a challenging hero WOD. If you do not have big sets of strict pull-ups use a bad that will challenge you. The box jump is higher than normal, if that is near your max choose a shorter level. The KB Swings are heavy and you should choose a weight that you can swing those 12 reps easy when fresh. Remember this is a Hero WOD and by design harder than most. Don’t get caught up in RXing the WOD and just focus on working hard and honoring TK the best way CrossFitters know how.
