WOD Guidance: This couplet will be a sneaky one. Choose a weight and height on wall ball that you can complete all 20 reps when fresh. The C&J should be a weight you can do at least 5 reps while keeping hands on the bar. For newer athletes reduce load and/or reps. Goal should be to get between 3-5 rounds.
