WOD Guidance: All barbell movements in this WOD should be light. Only one barbell may be used so if one weight is hard for you choose lighter weight and perform all movements at that weight. If 400m Run takes more than 3 minutes consider running a 200m. If athlete cannot run due to limitations substitute for 15/12 cals on Echo Bike.
