( Alt between movements each round so 20 sec. KBS then rest 10 sec. then 20 sec. DUs, rest , etc. – 8x for each)
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
Score= Best round of KBS/DUs/Abmat-SUs/WallBalls (ex: 12/30/36/15)
Round One:
KBS (53/35) and DUs
Round Two:
L-Sit Holds (use parallettes and/or rings…use big KBs if necessary) and Abmat Sit-ups
Round Three:
Wall Balls (20/14 to Blue/Green) and Handstand Holds
Round Four:
Jingle Jangles go from just in front of cubbies to wall and back
