WOD Guidance: This WOD is intended to be of the longer variety to test you endurance and stamina. Try to keep runs intense but not all out as hard as you can go. Try to set a goal time for each round and try to keep that pace while maintaining intensity. Choose a deadlift weight that 10 reps will be easy when fresh. If you struggle with running reduce the distance to something you can finish in 2:30 or less.
