30 Min AMRAP
800m Run
40 Ab-mat sit-ups
20 Pistols squats (alternating)

WOD Guidance:  This long AMRAP is all about keeping a steady pace.  If your 800m Pace is 5:30 or higher choose either a 600m Run or 400m Run.  If need to scale the pistol squat choose a scale that will challenge you but where you can keep moving with little rest.
