Overhead Squat 5-4-3-2-1 *Athletes are to utilize the entire hour by warming up to a 5 RM, 4 RM, 3 RM, 2 RM and finally hitting the 1 RM. First set SHOULD NOT be a 5 RM. Newbies focus on form with PVC and/or lighter weight.
