Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. Many people who think they are fit don’t know, what they don’t know. Mission requirements (including everyday life) demand the individual be able to perform wide varieties of physical tasks across broad times and mobile domains.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. Our same routines are used for elderly individuals with heart disease to mixed martial artists. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
In short, PFC. CrossFit aims to increase health, adaptability and performance by training its students inconstantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity.
