PFC CrossFit was born from Progressive F.O.R.C.E Concepts, known as PFC Training. For the past 20 years, Progressive F.O.R.C.E. Concepts has been an industry leader in teaching Force Options for Resolving Combative Encounters (“F.O.R.C.E.”). Tens of thousands of students have received PFC Training in small arms, tactics, combatives and protective services since the inception of PFC in 1997. PFC CrossFit was one of the original CrossFit affiliate gyms in Las Vegas and we have been going strong building on that experience for over 10 years. Our programming, our people, and our approach to making you a better athlete set us apart from other gyms.
CrossFit is designed for the elite athlete; however, our coaches take the time to scale and modify our workouts for each athlete as required to best match their current fitness level.

PFC CrossFit is located in a large industrial warehouse space that includes climbing ropes, rings, pull-up towers, multiple weightlifting racks, over 5,000 pounds of bumper plates, GHDs and rowing machines. Our facility is also equipped with multiple restrooms, showers and changing areas for the convenience of our members and visitors.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist. Many people who think they are fit don’t know, what they don’t know. Mission requirements (including everyday life) demand the individual be able to perform wide varieties of physical tasks across broad times and modal domains.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. Our same routines are used for elderly individuals with heart disease to mixed martial artists. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
In short, PFC. CrossFit aims to increase health, adaptability and performance by training its students inconstantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. We have found no other program, which yields such practical gains so quickly. We offer no shortcuts or gimmicks…simply hard work, a pragmatic philosophy, and results.
