At our gym in Las Vegas, we embrace the “less is more” philosophy, focusing on General Physical Preparedness (GPP) to achieve comprehensive fitness without overtaxing your body. Our CrossFit program enhances all areas of fitness—strength, endurance, flexibility, and more—and is designed for long-term health and fitness, preparing you for life’s challenges with sustainable routines.
This program is for the beginning CrossFitter, with little to no experience. Fundamentals is four personal one hour sessions with a PFC CrossFit coach that will teach you the basic mechanics and movements that you’ll be expected to perform in regular classes. Fundamentals will guide you through a typical CrossFit class and have prepared and ready to join the group classes.
Our members are welcome to come to Open Gym Monday – Friday 7:00-10:00 a.m. & 1:00-4:00 p.m. and on Sundays 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Use this time to make up a WOD from the week, get after a “goat”, do mobility or accessory work…it’s up to you. Let your friends know you’re coming and make it a #sundayfunday!
