WOD:
Secret Service Snatch Test

This is the Secret Service Snatch Test.
With its origins in the Secret Service selection process, the rules are simple. You must do as many repetitions of the kettlebell snatch in ten minutes as possible. Using only the 53lb kettlebell (ladies,the 26lb), you may switch hands whenever you’d like and you may even set the bell down to rest. Final count is total sum of snatches, period. The only unspoken rule is that you will not quit. The Kb does NOT need to to touch the floor every rep..the swing snatch through the legs is acceptable.

Rx= never set the Kb down
S= Dumped the Kb like a bad relationship…several times
