Complex of:
Deadlift
Hang power clean
Front Squat
Push press/jerk
Back Squat
**So for the first round it would be 1 Deadlift then 1 Hang clean, then 1 front squat (yes, you can squat clean), 1 Push press or jerk, put weight on back and do a back squat. That is one rep on the complex. They will do this 8 times. After that they will do 7 of each, 6 of each, etc…***
