**As soon as members complete the WOD they will write down their time and start chipping away at Chavis’s WOD since he cannot be there to do it, so we do it for him in his honor. Best suggestion is to set up a white board with his reps and running on it so when members finish they can start doing his reps. You can break up his run as 4 400m runs if you would like.

A squat thrust is a burpee without the push up or jump
