The last Saturday of every month we will be doing a hero WOD with a twist. “We Can Be Heroes” will couple a hero WOD with a donation to a charitable organization/cause as the “cash/buy in”. As a team, we can honor our nation’s heroes and be heroes ourselves to those in need.
