WOD Guidance
Each partner will complete round of 10 wall balls and 10 alternating dumbbell snatches. Reduce to 8 and 8 if unable to complete in :50 or less. Once completed with first part rest until minute 16. Break-up second part however you like with one person working at a time. If you do do not finish at30 minutes score will be 30 minutes plus how many reps you had left of second part.
