WOD Guidance: This open WOD is about pacing since 20 minutes is a long time. Have a plan to tackle this with a nice steady pace. Floor will be marked in 5 foot intervals and if you do not cross it before you drop the bar you must movr back to previous mark. Make sure knee makes contact with the ground. Scaled version will be Front rack walking lunges 45/35 and jumping pull-ups. Open season is right around the corner. Good Luck!
