PFC CrossFit fundamentals will get you ready! This program is mandatory for the individual who is new to CrossFit. Our Fundamentals program will prepare you to transition to our WOD classes. Class sessions are offered at the beginning of each month. The course meets for 6 classes over two weeks. You will be working with a certified Crossfit coach who will safely expose you to our curriculum in a small group setting. Movement techniques will be emphasized as priority. After safe and effective movement is achieved, intensity will be added. Each class will end with a workout involving the movements you have learned in that class including movements learned in previous classes. Because each class builds on the prior session, it is important to try to attend all class sessions in order. If you are not able to make it to a class, please contact your PFC Fundamentals coach to schedule a make-up session.
All members must have completed PFC CrossFit Fundamentals and/or have 90 days experience of regular class WODs. If you are experienced CrossFit member from another box please contact the Head Coach and he will discuss options with you.
