Joining the military and training for boot camp? Have a PT Test approaching? Want to work on improving specific CF skills? PFC CrossFit offers personal training sessions with our coaching staff to ALL of our members. With a coach of your choice (all of which have law enforcement or prior military experience as well as an extensive fitness training background), you are able to schedule a private or semi-private training session to help you achieve your personal fitness goals. Need some girl time? The PFC Pink program is offered to women only. These classes are also coached only by women. CrossFit can be intimidating enough in the beginning. Most women have never done strength training or Olympic weightlifting before, which are key modalities of CrossFit. The PFC Pink program gives women the comfort needed to learn these complex movements in a GIRLS ONLY environment. All PFC Pink classes will be performing the same programmed workouts of the day as all regular classes.
Now that we have moved into our NEW location, OPEN GYM hours are in effect. All members interested in being eligible for open gym use must successfully pass this benchmark workout:
With a total time cap of 15 minutes, athlete will perform the following as judged by any PFCC Coach (to ensure proper, safe and legitimate reps):
- 10 Calorie Row
- 10 Medicine Ball Cleans *
- 10 Pull Ups (Athlete’s choice; bands, kipping, strict or Butterfly)
- 10 Wall Balls (10′/9′) *
- 10 T2B/KTE (Athlete’s choice; KTE if scaling is appropriate)
- 10 KB Snatches, 5 each arm (44/26)
- 10 Squat Snatches (75/55)
- 10 KB Clean & Press, 5 each arm (44/26)
- 10 Clean & Jerks (75/55)
- 10 Dead Lifts (75% body weight)
* Any weight Med Ball may be used for MB Cleans and Wall Balls – Athlete’s choice
