Happy Valentine’s Day!

* shoulder to overhead 10k/7k
* squat clean 10k/7k
* 5k run
(Can be done as an individual, the weight then becomes half of that posted)
-Must go in order.
-As a team of 2 you are allotted one bar.
-You will choose the weight to use and it will be utilized for both lifts. This means you cannot add or subtract weight during the workout at any point.
-You can break up the reps however you decide between the 2, so long as 10/7k pounds is reached
-The 5k will be run together, not shared. Meaning that both people are running a 5k.
-You cannot leave your partner.
